Several years ago I woke up and I was aware of an evil dark presence
in my room. When I tried to change my position so I could better see
what it was I found that I was paralyzed.hen this happened to me, and
it has only ever happened that one time.

I had never heard of the term "Sleep Paralysis" nor had I heard about
the phenomenon. No one I had ever known, no one in my family had ever
mentioned anything similar to this. So the idea that I had envisioned
some evil entity was a result of reading about or hearing about it
could not be correct.

AND the coincidence that I had actually dug into an old grave just a
few days before the "sleep paralysis" experience makes it even more
strange! This was a complete accident by the way, more about that
later.
